OTRS 6 Feature: New system configuration

One of the biggest new features in OTRS 6 is the totally renewed “System Configuration” (SysConfig).

OTRS 6 SysConfig MainOn the new start screen you can search directly for a specific config setting (e.g.: CheckMXRecord)  or you navigate throw the tree structure on the left side.

Sysconfig Enables - DisabledAs you can see, some of the settings are disabled. You can enable them via clicking on “enable”. Afterwards, you can change them.

Before the changes are applied, you can review them. When you’re satisfied, just click on “Deploy selected changes” and you’re done.

Hi, I'm configuring the administration on OTRS 6 and I made all the connections among the Customers, Queues, Agents, etc. but on Customer User interface, "customer.pl" when I have to create the first ticket, at "*To: " there are not options. I am supposing that I need some changes on System Configuration for this. Best regards,
